3 Spamming Via Private Message System
Sending advertisement throughout the Guest Book System, is not allowed. We do monitor the Private Message too see if this rule is followed.
4 What language can I post in?
The main language that is used on the site is English, and we would like to keep it that way.
5 In Game Play
We will not tolerate:
Abusive language
Name Calling
Goading
Cursing
Side Stepping
Glitching
Swearing
Offensive Player Names
General bad behaviour
6 Excessive Spawn Rape will result in a 24 hour exclusion
7 Failure to respond to a request from "The HOST" you will be Punted
8 Occasionally, at certain points in the day, when there are few players around, we put smaller maps up and invite players to use a CQB style of play for a short time. It can be fun to run around with just Knives and Clays, if you are asked to play in this theatre, we expect you to fall in line with the ADMINS request. If you fail, after repeated requests to cease sniping and play CQB style, you will be punted from that game, if you continue to go against an ADMINs instructions you will be removed and barred from ALL future games on our servers.
9 We realise that is ONLY a game, but we ask reasonable standards of behaviour in an adult manner, yet mindful of minors who may be close to parents playing the game, which my be visually and audible to them.
10 Question:
Why is it that at certain distances things like grass and people disappear, are they a glitch, is this considered a cheat? or is there something wrong with my video card?
Answer:
The game operates in a way that allows your processor and video card to render huge outdoor areas. It does this by assigning things a level of detail based on your distance away from the object and your video card settings. The farther away objects have less detail than the objects that are right next to the player. Because of this it's possible that you'll see some features disappear or change as you move father away.
While a player may appear from far away to be laying on a bare hillside, it's possible that he's laying in thick grass that is not being rendered in order to make the game play smoothly. ~~ Novalogic
11 ANY cheating of any kind, without exception, your IP will be noted, you will be Kicked from the game, Banned from our servers for up to 12 months, AND your information, circumstances and screenshots will be posted to Novalogic.
In other words - DON'T cheat. - Once banned, Always banned
12 What happens if there is a problems?
If arbitration is needed, The HOST will require a screen shot of the incident and/or a full report of the circumstances, the situation will be discussed at the next Admin meeting whereby the incident will either be upheld or dismissed. If the incident is caused by a FS Team member, and found guilty, he/she will be disciplined as the Admin see fit, by either suspension or termination of their account.S
13 Any Sqd Member playing on another site whilst wearing the "FS" tags is expected to abide by the rules of the site visited, even if they do not agree with them. If you are that concerned, don't go there. The integrity of Florida Snipers is compromised by any Member misbehaving, or causing problems on any other server - Members who bring Florida Snipers into disrepute will be removed from the Sqd and their membership revoked.
Being Banned on NovaWorld
The use of trainers, cheats, or hacks are not allowed in games on NovaWorld servers. The use of such programs may result in the banning of your character(s) or account(s), in which case you won't be able access the on-line component of the game. We regret having to employ extreme measures, however, certain unscrupulous players spoil the game-play experience of the NovaWorld community as a whole, and such action is both warranted and required.
Besides the use of hacks, harassing other players can also result in your account and/or forum access being restricted. Novalogic 2012
